We are a husband-and-wife photography team who’s been capturing weddings together for years. We’ve been high school sweethearts and best friends since 2009. I (Kaila) got my first DSLR in 2012, shot my first wedding in 2013, and went full time in 2015 after graduating college. We got married in July 2018, and exactly one year later, I finally convinced JP to leave his desk job in finance and join me full time so we could be together every day, traveling the world and documenting love stories all over the globe. Since then, we’ve photographed over 200 weddings worldwide.

Working side by side allows us to capture the full rhythm of the day, from quiet, in-between moments to the energy unfolding all around you, without feeling rushed or staged. We bring calm + joyful energy, gentle guidance when it’s needed, and plenty of space for you to just be present on your big day.

Where it all began

Kaila earned her seamstress certification and got her first “real” camera to document the clothes she was making, which naturally led into fashion photography. That background shaped her eye for detail, movement, and composition, and it still influences the way we photograph weddings today. Real emotion with an editorial style has always been our focus—and it’s what makes our work feel elevated, intentional, and authentic.

We like to let moments unfold naturally. We guide when it helps, step back when it matters, and always keep the focus on how your day feels. Emotion comes first, but composition matters too—light, movement, and framing are all considered, so your images feel intentional without ever looking staged.

At the same time, we set aside time for something a little more elevated—editorial, high-fashion-inspired portraits that feel timeless and iconic.
